We pay close attention to the ease of extracting the formed chocolate product from the mould since this can be a problem with many products on the market. The moulds are made from high quality, food grade silicone. Moulds for beginners and experts are available and some produce very complex, detailed forms that will surprise and delight the recipients! Before using the mould, it must be dried before pouring the chocolate and we recommend tapping and rotating the mould during pouring to eliminate air bubbles and cavities.
